At Drizzilicious, we want you to love every crunchy bite; however, due to the perishable nature of our snacks, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Return Process

Upon arrival, please check your snack packs for any signs of shipping damage or order discrepancies before opening the individual bags.

If there is an issue, email our team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged items.
- 3.Review Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 48 hours to determine if a refund or a replacement shipment is the best solution for you.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will immediately process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your fresh replacement snacks at no additional cost.
